Meinolf Brauer

Meinolf Brauer has been Managing Proprietor of the walter services group since August 2015, where he had already taken over management as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in January 2014. With skill and passion, the 48-year old brought back the company's strength and future-oriented vision with insolvency protection proceedings and restructuring. No wonder, he's a pioneer of modern customer service in Germany:

As CEO, from 2003 to 2013 he was responsible for founding and setting up Vivento customer services, one of the subsidiaries of the Deutsche Telekom AG, in the field of customer care with over 7,000 employees. In the employee union, Brauer was also COO of Vivento from 2009 and managed the central employee and service provider of DTAG, the operative business with around 9,000 employees, as well as the field of sales and marketing.

Between 1995 and 2003, he was in a management position for different departments and fields, several of these years were spent as manager of the field Customer Care Business Customers. Meinolf Brauer studied in the USA, France, Spain and Great Britain, where he completed his Master's degree in Business Administration.

Matthias Rössler has been the Chief Information Officer for walter services since 2021.

With over 20 years of experience in information technology, he has previously worked as leader of IT operations and as Information Security Officer at walter services.

He looks at the protection of data in all systems, networks and end devices with a holistic approach and considers data security a personal challenge these days.

 

Wolfgang Salzig

Chief Human Resources Officer

Wolfgang Salzig has been Chief Human Resources Officer of walter services and has learnt all about the field of customer service from scratch: he worked for ten years at Telekom Mobilfunk and then a further ten years in various management positions in operational business as well as in project and process management at Vivento Customer Services. In 2014 he then made a transition from manager of homechannel24 to walter services group.

Steven Herbst has been with walter services since 2000 and has continuously developed himself and our company ever since, especially with a view to consistent customer orientation. Among other things, he successfully maintains and optimises existing customer relationships and links strategic and operational approaches, e.g. by integrating and implementing new process and information flows.
